Join us for the 2011 Solstice Yoga Kids Camp summer session!

Solstice Yoga Kids Camp provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can strengthen their sense of confidence, focus, breath, creativity, physical awareness and appreciation of their whole being through yoga, movement, music and art.

Solstice Yoga Kids Camp is held at:
Sebastopol Center for the Arts
6780 Depot Street, Sebastopol, California.

Instructors Kelly Schwartz and Meryl Juniper will lead the program offering support and encouragment for the exploration of yogic movement and technique, artistic creativity and musical expression.

During our outdoor activities we will spend time in nature exploring and enjoying the nearby watershed and it's surroundings.

Yoga awakens the children's creativity and intrinsic love of exploring their bodies inspired by animals and the natural world. Each day there is a theme or focus that threads through all of the activities. Activities are inspired by the yogic intention of breathing, focusing, creativity, peace, and awareness.

Be sure to register early as space is limited. A deposit of $60 will hold your space.

Download and print the Emergency Contact and Data Form. It is due on the first day of camp. Children will not be permitted to attend camp until that form is completed, signed by a parent or guardian and on file with the camp staff.
